The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests. The cleanliness of the rooms was also commendable, with housekeeping services ensuring that everything was well-maintained. One of the highlights of the stay was the delicious breakfast served in the hotel restaurant, offering a wide variety of Japanese and Western options to suit different tastes.
The rooms were quite small and cramped, leaving very little space to move around. the decor and furnishings were outdated and in need of an upgrade.

The hotel provided a traditional Japanese experience with modern conveniences. the Japanese breakfast served in-room was delicious. the hotel had a bar/coffee shop, hot public baths, and computers with internet service. the location was quiet and perfect for exploring the city.
The location was a bit far from the main area of town and the train station. There was no wifi in the room, only in the lobby.
